About the Owner

Ian Ils started his career by attending Universal Technical Institute for Automotive Technology.

He worked in the automotive industry for six years specializing in British sports cars.

Later, however, Ian had an opportunity to pursue a different path: residential heating and air conditioning.

He discovered that he loves the HVAC industry and realized that he had found his niche.

Ian worked locally for two large heating and air conditioning companies, and even spent six years working on commercial HVAC projects.

Eventually Ian decided to build his own one-of-a-kind local and family-owned heating and air conditioning company in Contra Costa County. As a person who takes great pride in his work and thrives on customer satisfaction, he believes in hard work, honesty and respect. He believes in this so deeply that the company’s slogan, “We care about your comfort,” is based on those beliefs.
